Wat hgh cycle at age 33??

My brother is looking to start hgh use and asked me to ask you guys wat kind of a cycle he should do for more of a well being/energy and injury rehab kind of thing?
Stats.....age 33
Height 6'1
weight 93kgs
b/f 14% roughly!
12yrs mma and weight training exp

Doesn't really want to take anabolics as seems to be predisposed to hairloss!
Does 2iu 5/2 for 6 months seem ok?

2iu for 6 months on a 5/2 split looks good to suit his goals......

As far as energy I cant recommend GH or any vitamin/mineral/supplement etc.... Energy comes from calories not drugs. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut sometimes when people look and feel better its gives them more energy, mentally.

I know dam well when I'm on GH I feel and look much better. In turn I feel motivated and have more energy. Some of you might be like "whats he talking about" but think about it....................makes sense right?

i agree.... if u look and feel better in turn u will have more energy be more up beat about everything. basically u will love life more.
