    Hey Prox.

These are some great questions but difficult to quantify because their so individualistic.

    1. This is difficult to put a number on but for your first test cycle roughly 1/3 of the mass you gain will be fat, 1/3 will be water (water, nitrogen, and glycogen) and 1/3 will be muscle.

    2. I'm not exactly sure what you're asking here.

    3. You should gain as much fat as you're comfortable with carrying. Personally I start to cut when I can no longer see my obliques or I'll bulk for 2-3 weeks and then cut for 2 weeks. I do like to cut for the last week of my cycle before PCT. If not I get really depressed during PCT when hormones are all messed up and my bf increases.

    4. Like I said about 1/3 of your weight gain is water weight. This can be intracellular or extracellular (subcutaneous). Itracellular water retention is benifical and will make you look fuller. Extracellular water retention will make you look bloated. This can be mitigated by using creatine, glutamine and modifying your sodium intake. Nitrogen and glycogen retention are also stored extracellular but inside muscle fibers and will give you a better appearance. Proper AI dosage will only help with extracellular water retention. You'll lose both your intracellular and extracellular water about 4-6 weeks after ending the cycle.

    @ numbere

As u said it's very individualistic for sure... But I'd think after dropping your compounds... I would think the water would fall off quicker?! Like when competitors drop there test X amount of wks out to drop more water... Or am I overthinking this?! Lol

    I don't think you're overthinking things.

You may be right as I'm only speaking from personal experience.

You have to factor in that competitors are trying to lose their water and usually in a calorie deficit.

While I'm trying to hold on to as much size for as long as possible.

Also, my daily sodium intake is much higher than most, about 12g.

When my sodium intake is high I find that that I can move a lot more iron.

Ok I figured that you were going off your experiences...

Wow... See I've not messed with my sodium much(as in upping it) as you stated 12g is high but hey it obviously works very well for you... So you'd be holding more water and you use your water retention while on to further your gains then, right?

And not being competitors atm it makes a lot of sense to do this! This is why I like backloading my orals for that last push and finish strong... Also if running something like drol or d-Bol at the end can and will further your gains by using your water retention if you hit a lil wall during the cycle...

I suppose it helps gain muscle because the fascia is stretched more.

I mostly like to keep sodium high because it makes my muscles looking full and strength is greatly increased.

I suppose it it kind of similar to backloading an oral.

Check out this video by Stan Effecting.

I think he's putting out some of the best bodybuilding content on YouTube.

This is also a good read on sodium.
