Dear reader, Ever since I read this experiment where they put Olympic Gymnasts on an extreme Keto diet for 30 days to see if it affects performance (It did not btw) I have been wanting to try this. I will be implementing a new diet starting tomorrow and going for 14 days and adding 100mg/ed of Clenbuterol. I know T3 is suppose to be better but this is what I have on hand.
