On the HCG, you need to again know how many i.u.'s of powder are in that glass vial. Mine is 5000 i.u.'s. If you put 1 ml of water or 100 ml of water in there it will always have 5000 i.u.'s of HCG. If you put one ml of water in the vial .05 on (or 1/20th of the syringe) the insulin syringe will be 250 i.u.'s. I put 2 ml of water in mine so 250 is up to the "10" on the syringe.

Thanks Titan, I think I understand will do some more research, with the small vial (250 ml) per vial, I had heard it is a lot more difficult to draw into the needle.
