    I'm really not wanting to be shredded this year. I would be happy to catch the tail end of summer at 15% bf and spend the next 6 months bulking with minimal fat gain to go on a cut again

    Thanks, nice atten to detail! Edited, I missed the PB. In the the end scheme of things I may be off 100 cals and a handful of grams here and there. After 20 years of cutting and gaining exp. I know my body and have learned that splitting cunt hairs is not worth the time. If someone thinks their being hindered by 100 cals or 10 grams of carbs or pro, their doing it all
