just started day one of 8-week prop only cycle
100mg prop eod
250iu hcg 2x/week
no a-dex unless needed, and then at .25 ed // more as needed

pct is a standard clomid/tamox for 4 weeks, starting 2 weeks after last test pinning. will post results before and after.

**i worked out the reconstituting ratio so that 250 IU is only .5ml, i don't like getting up to 2cc in one injection- i tend to bruise if i do- so with the test and hcg its only 1.5cc.

before, i weigh ~180... and am at about 10-12% bf
