not sure why i'm getting back pumps and sore calves/achil tendons/plantar fascia... but my lower legs feel awful when running, some temporary tingling/numbness on bottom of feet. and severe back pumps. this might just be my shoes wearing out, and some extra weight i'm carrying.

i'll buy some new running shoes and see if that fixes the problem. i'm only on test, so i shouldn't be getting any unusual back pumps, as far as i know.

on my hcg/test injections, i usually load the hcg first, since its diluted in bacWater... and THEN load the test in... since oil and water don't mix, i like the two to be separate, so there is a line where one stops and the other starts...

however. i accidentally pulled up 1ml of test, and THEN hcg... and the ****ing water was mixing in with the test all bubbly... and it never separated out all the way b'c of how viscous the test is....

on top of it, it was a delt shot, ...

just started day one of 8-week prop only cycle
100mg prop eod
250iu hcg 2x/week
no a-dex unless needed, and then at .25 ed // more as needed

pct is a standard clomid/tamox for 4 weeks, starting 2 weeks after last test pinning. will post results before and after.

**i worked out the reconstituting ratio so that 250 IU is only .5ml, i don't like getting up to 2cc in one injection- i tend to bruise if i do- so with the test and hcg its only 1.5cc. ...

I have 3 2000iu hcg amps on their way, as well as ARR a-dex/clomid/tamox/pins/barrels on their way. I caught the ARR 50% for 15 minutes sale,

once those come in, i'm going to pick up 30ml of prop- run it at 100 eod with 6 weeks of clen from week 1-6. I only have enough keto for 4 weeks, so i'll run it the first 4 weeks to keep the receptors fresh, and the let the 2 week down regulation to happen for week 5 and 6. then finish out my last two weeks of prop... and start pct.

was reconstituting a peptide and the negative pressure started drawing the diluent out of the pin...and faster than i would have liked. i hope that i had the vial tilted enough that it didn't shoot straight down and degrade the substance. crap.

we'll see, good thing is that it dissolved before i even looked in the vial, so there was no swirling needed. i at least know that i didn't degrade it by shaking it around like a maraca.
