    Hi,

    After running this diet for 15 days I seem to have found my sweet spot for caloric intake as my weight is staying exactly the same (+/- water weight) and my strength in the gym keeps increasing. I can not tell you how happy this makes me as it is something I have wanted to know for a long time. I will keep this level of food intake until February 28 when I am leaving Germany for a 2 month stay in Sweden. While in Sweden (March 3 - April 30) I am going to run a cut and see if I can ...
