  1. Simple tomato salsa

    I eat a shit ton of chicken breasts and most the time I use a salsa to dip them in. I'll typically make this salsa:


    1 (28-ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained, reserving the juice
    1 small red onion, roughly chopped
    1 Jalepeno
    1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
    2 limes, juiced
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
    Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
    Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

    I totally forgot about the blogs after making my intro post until today. In light of my frustration today at the grocery store over store bought guacamole I decided that I'll share how I usually make my own and it's very quick, easy but also carries a great amount of health fats to put into your diet.
