Dear reader,

The other day I wanted some feedback on what my potential body fat could be and posted some pictures in the 'Member Pictures' section - Calipers says 10%-11% - What do you guys say? - and feedback I got (Also from my wife who told me I am NEVER again allowed to post pictures of myself without her approval). My calipers showed 10.5% - 11% but looking at myself in the mirror something seemed off. The guys posting some feedback were very helpful and honest which is exactly what I need (What is the idea of being here otherwise?). However, adding up all the feedback (in pure numbers that is) gave me an average of about 19.25%. So, being the System Engineer geek I am living in a world of science I did what any normal person would, I piss and moaned for 1 day and then went to two different locations here in town to have them measure my body fat using calipers. Both places came to the same conclusion which is 15%. I honestly attribute some of the feedback I got to my photographing skills (which apparently should never again be used according to my wife).

I will be using 15% as the value I am currently on and I am taking this week to regroup (mentally) and will be introducing a new cutting diet based on my new values on Monday (Maybe Sunday depending on how long my guest is staying). My new diet is also using a 3-day rotation to make sure the food is not always the same, at least not everyday. A closer look at my diets can be found here:http://goo.gl/bKmf3 as it is way too much to repost here.

My workout is not changing that much. I am still doing a 6-day split but adding 5-days of cardiovascular training on Monday thru Friday at 06.00. I am re-introducing the Clenbuterol (160mcg/ed) taken in the morning and Ketotifen (2mcg/ed) taken at night as it affects my tiredness during the day significantly. If it is still bad I will go off the Ketotifen and switch to a 2 week on 2 week off instead.

Based on my new values I should be ready for my Test-E cycle somewhere around September 6. Unfortunately I will not have a single 10 week stretch where I can train uninterrupted for the next 3 years so I will just have to come up with a middle ground somehow.

Stay safe, train hard!
~T
