Day 1 - or is it day 62 perhaps?

Dear reader,
On May 21 of this year I started a cutting session and today it have been 62 days since I started. After some hard realizations I came to the conclusion that a restart was needed. This was more a mental thing than anything else. Looking back at where I started 62 days ago and where I am now there is some significant progress. Is it amazing progress? Not by any standard but I will take any progress compared to the opposite option any day of the week. Updates here on this blog is what keeps me going to be honest as I have a 3 year old at home and a wife who works like crazy to get her career of the ground.
Today I was up at 05.38 and in the gym at 06.03 standing on the Elliptical. I am really trying to hit 160 - 170 bpm while working out as that will count as HIIT training for me. 40 minutes in total felt amazing and a good start on the day. At 11.00 I was back in the gym again for my Shoulder and Traps day.
Pushed 160 mcg of Clenbuterol and 200 mg of caffeine with one litre of water this morning before the workout and followed up with a whey protein shake after that. Make my own shakes with stuff from Myprotein.com, EU's best supplier IMHO. Will take 2 mcg of Ketotifen before bed and see if I can get up in the morning. If not I will have to switch to a two week on two week of schedule.
Cutting is a mental challenge of gigantic proportions, at least for me. I am trying as hard as I think I can at the moment and I hope it will be enough because I really want to move from this cut to a clean bulk with my - at this point - long planned test-e cycle.
Staying strong!
