Day 16 - no sleep

Dear reader,
Last night I had a backlash from not taking the Ketotifen and did not fall asleep until well after 1am. Of course my leg workout today also suffered and it was a pain to just get through it but my will to succeed won and I finished it. Tomorrow I will stay home early morning and cook for another 5 days. Doing it in 5 day cycles seems to work real well and the food seems to still taste well within that time period.
One of the threads going in the Nutrition section is one of the better threads I have read in a long time. Seriously, how do you do it? is a great read for anyone struggling to find out they are no alone and some tips along the way to perhaps make it a bit easier. We need more of this stuff on these forums as the knowledge regarding diet, training, and AAS seems easy to find but the mental challenge should be given the same priority IMHO.
