Day 30 - More fitbit experiences

Good day,
My Fitbit is already changing my life, literally. Last night I got 8h 13m of sleep and I know this thanks to my fitbit. I drank 5.8l of water, ate 1,582kcal, took 13,610 steps or walked an equivalent of 6.35 miles, burned 2,680kcal and had sex for 5 min. Well, made that last one up but damn, this is an amazing way to documenting everything that is going on. If I only had a constant heart beat monitor I would be golden. This allow for truly last minute calorie changes at the end of the day when I am trying to reach TDEE and might be short of some calories. I will help me figure out if my sleep is undisturbed or not and the activity meter is just short of amazing. This will change how I approach my diet I believe. Great experience thus far!
Today was Biceps and Triceps day and it seems my biceps are getting stronger for each week that goes by. Great feeling. Mood wise I am great today and this truly helps when on a cut as it is somewhat mentally taxing.
