Definitely some nipple shrinkage going on. I've added a few things to the mix so my current supplement profile is as follows:

Letrozole: 2.5mg
Testromax - 1/2 pump on each side of chest (seems to be working but it's only been 5 days)
DHEA complex - 2x(Vitamine E 25IU, Moomiyo 50mg, DHEA 50mg, Tribulus 10mg)
Super Miraforte - 2 caps 2X perday (Life extension)
Arginine caps 1600mg 3X per day (Life Extension)
Life Extension multi pack
Ortho.Adapt (AOR)
Ortho.Sleep (AOR)
Celebrex - for pain

Diet has been a bit slack and training un regimented, will tighten this up this week.
