    Ahmir Khan

Does anyone else then me think its stupid of him to remain amature until he wins the bejing olympic games??

With his potential he should become pro right away and start to learn how to pro box good and **** all the cash he is turning down. With all the attention he got in the olympics he could cash in some serious money.

He's only 17, he can still go for the next olympics and turn pro afterwards. But he's on a buzz right now, once he's back in the UK he'll have promotors chasing him down with the promise of a crock of gold at the end of their rainbow.

But seriously, the final showed his age, lack of strenght and inexperience. He'll mature into a fine pro someday, but not now I feel.

the thing I like about him is that he seems humble and doesnt bull**** when he loses. I hope he will stay that way.

under 68 i believe. He was outclassed in the final but showed the potential to be a great boxer. Like bouncer said, he's only 17. Time is on his side!
