    id like to know what you guys listen to when training alone? on your Ipods and shit. what tunes get you fired up?
    i like hard house and trance mainly. iknow it sounds cheesy but ave got Rocky,eye of the tiger on my ipod, gets me well motivated.

    I like alot of rap music so 2pac, Biggie...Disturbed, most of their stuff. Tech Nine has sweet sh*t too its all hardcore. He is kinda weird but its motivating haha

    as a said house, hard house, trance me best, but i love all sorts like hip hop and soft rock etc is metallica and slipknot heavy metal, a mite down load abit and see what we have.

    Slipknot is heavy stuff compared to metallica imo...If u like screaming then go for slipknot but my fave metallica song is Enter sandman/not too loud! Download both groups and see wat you like!

    Old school Metallica is also a good choice -
