Yeah this was in Russia or Ukraine I believe right? It was pretty messed up, you can almost see death progress on to him. He's the only MMA death to date.

It is quit sad but i guess that this guy was weak has well, cause you see someone getting hit on the north star position by a guy like Heath hearring or Mark Kerr and they are stunned but fine after ward.
THe guy really seemed to have bumped is head during is takedown attempt too

It's just on a site with a poor connection, give it time. That guy took a pretty hard ground and pound, but nothin that looked fatal. Looks can be deceiving i supose.

i wonder what actual injuries were incured. i wonder if it was brain damage or neck trauma

dudes brain was turned into tomato sauce and he still had the strength to stand up for a few seconds, im no doctor but i would imagine something in his brain ruptured through the fury of punches he endured.

I prefer to keep my gym affiliation confidential. I train MMA, we use all styles. BJJ is primary ground, boxing/kickboxing standup, western style wrestling for clinch. We have guys that have trained in just about every disipline from judo to karate to boxing to wrestling. We incorporate what works and are contantly improving.

being afraid of getting injured, or getting into a car accident, or getting killed won't do anything to prevent those from happening... so, its never good to worry.
