    anyone train near Sterling, VA?

    I'm gonna be there for business for 3 days and need a good school (bjj) to roll with for atleast a day.

    I used to live in Springfield, and trained at Lloyd Irvin Mixed Martial Arts in Arlington. Jeff Ruth runs the place. Very good place to train.

    Man I gotta say...I went to bjj.org to find a local gym. What is the deal with purple belts and blue belts instructing there own schools?

    go to bjj.org. Check out the stats on em. I can't remember which specific...but it's not hard to find...it looks like that is a common thing out there.
