    Wink Full body workout 3 times a week and kickboxing training

    I started training again and am now doing the total body workout

    Leg press
    Leg curls
    Bench press
    Incline press
    chins
    low pulley rows
    military press
    bicep curls
    dips

    2 X 6-8 reps and wanted to do this 3 times a week, note i cant squat nor deadlift cause of back pain.

    I want to go train in kickboxing 3 times a week has well.

    What do you guys think, i wanna lose some bodyfat and keep muscles.

    umm this is pointless, if you want full body workout and you want to get something out of it, you will have to use compound body movement exercises. this is just a bunch of isolated groups, on monday you will have a good workout, wed and fri you will be accomplishing 0% in the gym. if you want full body workouts and lose fat/make gains try calithenics/interval swimming or running/compound exercises(eg. squats, cleans, uneven object lifts, etc) and these taxing workouts should be limited to once/ maybe twice a week depending on how well you can recover if you are to ever get anything out of them.

    ESPECIALLY since you are going to be training a very tough phsyical muy thai along with it.

    fukk it i cant even train anymore with that stinking back injury life sucks big time.
