Ok my back is getting much better thank you great osteopath, finally found one that was competent and that fact that he explained where the pain was coming from really helped to (Psychologicaly).

I decided to go with this full body workout for now 3 times a week and get on a good diet til January til i start kyokushin for good i hope.

Leg press 3 X 10-12
Leg curls 3 X 8
Bench Press 2-3 X 8-10
Bent rows 2-3 8 X 10
Seated Military press 3 X 8-10
Dips 2 sets max
bb curls 2 sets 10-12

THis whole program can be done in less than 40 minutes, the hicky part is when i start kyokushin if i will be able to train like this.

When i was 16 and training in kyokushin 4 times a week i had to stop lifting weights cause i was just so damn exausted with all the push ups and squats and training i did in the dojo.

I met the sensei this morning and he is a very nice person, the class is very intense, and i saw some sparring, the respect among students was great.

For now the class is mixed, kids with adults and all belts togheter, the school is very new and the sensei wants to see how it goes with memberships i cant blame him, its a very nice dojo and its a private school so is rent per month must be pertty high.

My main goal is to learn how to defend myself, get back into an active life and have a taste of street fighting that only kyokushin has.

The one year membership is very abordable its 300$.
