i thought i heard on here that chute boxe was going to put an academy in the u.s. does anyone have any info on this. like when, and where it might be.

They have had a school for awhile. They had belt promotions after Pride 32 with Wanderlei, Ninja, Shogun, Rudimar and Raphael in attendance. Check it out:

Roberto Piccinini is head coach of Chute Boxe USA and there will be more schools to come.

wanderlei silva has stated that he wants to open a chute boxe gym in california when he eventually retires, but there is one here already.

would you compare it to a Pat Miletich, or American Top Team

well if your taking about pat's gym in iowa not sure. American top team has some good fighters, like kang, monson, alves is decent and aurielo but I would say pats gym is ahead of att. Chute box usa had evan tanner but he seems to be on 4 month bender. I would say chute box usa is very comparable to att if not better but not quite(in time) up top snuff with pats in iowa

Pat's silverback team is in the IFL finals on December 29th against the Portland Wolfpack (olympic silver mealsist matt lindland's team)

Chute Boxe USA has not been around long enough to develop their American talent and get them out there so it is a little early to compare them to established teams such as MFS, ATT, AKA etc...
