    Screw Vera!! He's a heavyweight and he's won all of his fights in the ufc................good for him, the UFC's heavyweight division sucks ass. I hope he drops down in weight eventually like he said and gets his friggin head knocked off his shoulders. As you guys can see i really really dont like this guy.

    This is just a rude, uncalled for statement. How can someone who repeatedly defends his title not be taken as a serious talent? He has shaped that entire division. We would not see the caliber of fighters in that division if Hughes had not cleaned it up. Im definately not a fan of Hughes and his arrogence, but that doesnt mean I wouldnt respect him as a fighter. And thats what is comes down to when you sign your name on the dotted line and step into the ring.

    Vera's only good win is Assurio. He has alot of confidence but he needs to tone it down and stop doing that stupid damn dance. The guy rubs me the wrong way only time will tell how much talent he has

    And on the lines of arrogance. I call it confidence, if you dont believe you can win you wont. Matt is confident and has the record to back up his confidence he lost tonight fair and sqaure but he still should be given all the respect he has done alot for the sport and yes if GSP had lost tonight I would be saying the same thing about him

    Hughes is a great fighter, but comes across as a prick. Vera is cool as hell, and he's not at Hughes' level yet, but he is more exciting then Hughes IMO.
