Where does Frank Mir go from here

Since Frank Mir returned to the UFC he lost both of is fights.

If i stays in MMA i would see him going to smallers shows and try to build back up is reputation.

And work on is stand up even more.

King of the Cage would be a good start for him, maybe WEC shows too or Cage Rage

He won his first fight when he came back against Dan Christison, then he lost to Vera.

You have the right perspective of Mir. I can't believe people think he was ever good and unbelievably still have hopes for him, he should retire for sure.

I like Mir a lot, but I don't think he'll ever be able to get back to top form again. He's intelligent and well-spoken, and I think he'd do very well as a commentator...he did a couple of UFCs while he was hurt and fit right in. A real shame about his accident, but I think he just doesn't have the heart anymore.

    He is still young, though...

His mental stability is costing him, he has always been a lazy guy that has gotten by on athletic ability. Obviously those day's are over and he simply refuses to put in the work required to be successful at this level.

Yah, thats the best summary for Mir. He cant seem to handle any technique of his opponents attack whether it be stand up, being taken down or even just wrestling. The higher the bar gets raised on MMA, the further fighters like Mir fall behind.
