Cool...
Looked like you were as good as the Blue Belt..or you both suck? *joking*
Not bad, i actually watched the whole pajama match..i cannot stand to watch that shit. I saw you using the foot in the belt SJJ trick.
I would definately tell you to watch your base more, actually both of you. You both seem to be off balance alot, especially when you got swept and then armlocked.
You had a triangle attempt going and this blue belt did not posture up, i think with a little more time you should be getting this guy if you are'nt already.
Another thing, when you both got to your knees, you both kind of sat there and let each reposition your grip..i would highly suggest to you that once you are to your knees you are already moving forward, don't wait for him to get the grip he wants. That's crazy!Last edited by Panzerfaust; 01-18-2007 at 08:27 AM.

I thought you were the blue belt... i wasn't going to comment just to be nice...but if you are the white then you did great. IMO you moved better.
I agree with muril. When i'm up on my knees first i'm driving foward hard and downward into him (so he doesn't flip you over him or re-direct your weight). Also the hip movement seems a lil off. Might want to work on your hip flexibility, it helps alot. And your side mount defense. I can't remember if it's him or you but whoever headlocked ...thats no good. If you can't put your hand under the armpit in proper form and you HAVE to go over a shoulder...grab the back of the gi or belt over his should.

As a former professional football player, I give mad props to fighters (MMA, Wrestlers, Boxers, BJJ, whatever) of all types. Definately the best conditioned athletes!!! Nice vid.
