the guy screwed up pretty badly, and its embarassing, no excuses.... but hey he admits that he made a mistake nothing he can do about it now. still put up a good fight against Silva.

honestly, Lutter is not a real bad guy. He ****ed up and showed a lack of displine but we weren't there and dont know the circumstances surrounding what happened. He is high B level fighter with room for improvement. If you can get to a team atmosphere he could be a force. The guy does have good wrestling and a good chin and pretty damn good BJJ. All in all not a bad guy.

I like how he states that he tapped due to the triangle choke and not the elbows. We got little BJJ blue belts saying Silva is not a real BB bla bla bla...
That is ridiculous, he is very very good. Good enough to tap a highly regarded BJJ guy in Lutter. Then again Lindland tapped Lutter too.***No source checks!!!***

I think its ridiculous how much weight he tried to cut total, he said almost 24lbs?? Thats too much man, thats bad sportsmanship right there dropping almost two weight divisions just by cutting. Not to mention the toll on his body when he cuts that much.
I used to hate grappling tournaments which make you weigh in right before the matches but i'm begining to think UFC needs to make the weigh ins same morning of the show! So either cut 3-5pounds max or just fight natural!!
