    What are Phil Baroni chances against Frank Shamrock

    I think he has good chances of knocking that ass out, Phil was pertty bad in UFC with is losing streak.

    Against Matt Liddland and Even Tanner.

    But he got so much better in Pride.

    I cant wait to see that fight and am gonna be behind Baroni all the way.

    Baroni has never been submitted(I think). He has better hands for sure, better chin, the only thing is probably who is in better cardio shape. Also Frank is not near the level tanner much less lindland.

    I think Baroni tapped from a choke hold in one of his last UFC fights.

    I wouldnt mind seeing him beat down Frank.
