Wink Randy Couture PH diet and Green drink really works

Hey guys i gotta say this cause its amazing.

My chiro put me on the PH Diet, i bought the book by DR Young and its pertty much the same has Randy Couture follows when he is preparing for a fight.

Randy loses a lot of weight and keeps is energy high, the alkaline diet works amazing.

Been on this for 2 weeks now i didnt lose that much weight but my body has changed.

Its a very controversial way of eating, trying to keep the body has much alkaline has possible and eliminating all the acid.

I was very spectic at first but seeing that my back pain is a lot better and eating this way is amazing.

Cause you lose a lot of weight coming from fat but since you eat so many veggies you keep the energy high, its not like the low carb diet where you get into ketosis and feel like crap all the time and have no energy.

I was very sceptic at first but, when my chiro said to try this kind of eating, i am a fat ass my waiste was at 42 inches and weight 224, after 2 weeks of so so follwing the diet i am down to 213 pounds and waiste 40 inches.

I am not tired has i used to be, usually when i got back from work i took a nap, now i dont have to and can easly stay up til 11pm at night.

Randy looks great before a fight with abs and low bodyfat.

You dont have to take the green supplement its all in the diet.

It looks hard at first but after the first week you forget the sugar craving and see how bad all thoses acid foods are and what they are doing in to the body.

You start craving broccoli and spinach.

TO each is own i guess.

Yes Boxthis you got it right, Muscle pain, back cramps, dry hair, are all condition i have.

I been put in contact with many people with arthritis and this diet works fine for them to eliminate most of the pain.

Its not a cure all but still very good.

Its too soon for me to say that it fixes all this, i am fairly new to this diet, with all the back treatments i got my chiro told me to try this cause its not normal that my pain comes back all the time and i do not have arthritis.

He said that when you have to much acid build up in the body that can cause this issues. When i read the list of foods i was eating i was 95% acid, and i remember getting my blood test results and the doc told me that my acid was high.

At that time i didnt know what i meant but now i do.

Might be best to look at this in the diet forum.

    Someone will probably move this.

Unless somone has done this diet for a decent period of time.

No i dont think someone has done this diet ever, eating less then 25g of protein a day is pertty much the very opposite of the bodybuilders on this forum.

I posted this here cause it relates a lot to what Randy Couture does to prepare for a fight.

I started working with a modified version of the alkaline diet two years ago when I was diagnosed with cancer. However, I continued to consume protein, eating grass fed bison steaks, wild salmon and free range chicken along with protein supps. I checked my ph throughout the day and if it got to low (higher acidity) I would offset it with organic apple cider vinegar. This would bring the alkalinity up in pretty fast order. I ate a lot of organic veggies and cut out the other things that cause acidity like coffee. There is evidence that maintaining this type of diet can keep you very healthy even avoiding colds, flu's etc.
    Good luck on it,

    Livestrong!

There is quite a bit of research that I read indicating the the alkaline diet would prevent disease cancer being one of them and I maintain that changing my diet really helped in me overcoming the cancer and has definitely help my recovery and getting back into shape.

That is the best review i seen on this diet, yes apparently it does wonders for cancer too, if only i would have known about this diet 3 years ago before my father died of colon cancer.

The chiro that refered me to this diet has been working with an oncologist for 27 years and this oncologist has helped cure many cancers with this diet.

I could see using bits and peices of this diet becouse it does have some merits but I would never follow it completely word for word. I will have to look into it more.

Its not a diet, its a way of life, life change diet, its very hard i am not lying but for someone that has cancer, or arthritis, high cholesterol and other issues this is the correct way to eat.

I have the PH Miracle for weightloss.

I have been doing lots of research on cancer since 2003 the year my father was diagnost Colon cancer stage 4, and the ph diet is becoming very popular among cancer patients and cancer prevention.

It has some principals that will not be very welcomed by the bodybuilding community, like limiting protein, but cancer cells feed on protein to grow and multiply, cancer cell live very well in an acid body and cancer cells live forever in cafeine.

You need to drink at least 1 gallon of water a day that fills you up like crazy too, eating veggies has well.

You need to cut everything related to sugar, fructose like fruits, sugar, high glycemic carbs but even wheat, and product containing gluten cause they are all acid.

I dont follow this to the letter, i do a 80% alkaline 20% acid diet but so far so good.
