Hard spots in my punching bag...
Anyone know how to get rid of them? It's a century bag I've only had for a few months and I thought maybe it was just getting hard where I wasn't hitting it. So I tried beating them out with a bat and that didn't work. Now it's hard all the way around the bottom and I can't practice leg kicks.

You can still practice leg kicks, we used to have some bags i swear to god were like cement. You truly have to condition your shins for it. That is the only way.
Start slow and build your shins up, or you could always go kick down a ****ing bamboo tree like Jean Claude Van Damme.***No source checks!!!***

Man I'd like to be able to walk after training. My shin and foot are already bruised up from it. I'd like to walk away from the bag feeling like it didn't work me over, lol.
