    training question?

    maybe zimmy or one of you guys that has been training for awhile can help me. im on a cycle of test. enath. and test prop. right now and i get real pumped in class. like during warm up and when we roll my arms and esp. my legs get so pumped with blood its like there going to explode. when we do jumping jacks in warm up my calves start to cramp. i work through it but its painfull as hell. thanx in advance
