300 the movie training regiment (would this be good training for MMA)
http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercis...src=RSS_PUBLIC
Workout looks to be quit intense, i dont know if you can do some pulldowns instead of the chin ups, to be honest i dont know anyone who can do 25 chins.
But the rest of the workout looks very good and intense very basic and very short.
Guess that when my back is better and i have my multi station home gym i am going to train this way.

The funny thing about the article is that the guy who played the leader of the Arcadians (supposedly inferior to spartans in the movie) was the only guy to complete the workout in real life!!

That workout is a great cross training workout. It's not sport specific, so I think it could help just about any athlete that require explosiveness and conditioning.

I don't think anyone is comparing that to Seal training. Plus I don't think Seal training would be great MMA training. Seal training is designed as much for the psychological effect just as much as the physical effect.
