    Aikido

Anyone here into Aikido? I just started 2 days ago and had 2 sessions, what I found is this game need a lot of flexibility and mental sharpness, I am 25 years old and I have problem with flexibility I cant even touch the ground with my back while I am on my knees even though I am lean , can I get more flexible with training ? and can I learn the technical moves if I study well and practice?

stretch plenty, do some research on different stretching methods and breathing techniques. I too have problems with flexibility, and have made significant improvements in recent months. Yoga would be a great idea
