holding onto weight
wrestling season starts for me october 1st and im trying to figure out the best way to keep my weight up while doing the intense practices and cardio that we have to do.. im going to definately eat more and i have my diet in check and get enuff calories and still intend to keep my lifting 6 days a week after practice is over.. but i plan on having a meal and then an apple and a protein shake directly before practice and after practice having a carbo shake and a protein shake and then another meal.. any other ideas?

thanks a lot i figured as much.. its gonna be tought but im trying to stay around what im at even with the extreme conditioning and cardio..
