It has been a highly anticipated fight for a long time now. Even though Chuck has lost his last 2 fights, so has Wandi (CroCrop/Henderson).

At this point, no one should feel safe picking a winner for any fight.

Finally. This fight has been trying to evolve for a while. It's lost some of it's appeal recently but I'm sure i will still buy the ppv.

definitely lost some appeal but this match needs to happen now because both fighters are on decline and Chuck is not likely to get back to the top of the division. i wish Silva had better leg kicks because it'll be hard for him to get inside. this is a good style for Chuck to fight so I'm picking Chuck to win this one as long as he throws more than just a 1-2 combination throughout the entire fight.

I think it favors chuck as well. He likes to loop a few punches and back up, and they are normally pretty effective. Wandi likes to charge in swinging, can take a punch and over power most of his opponets.

It won't end up on the ground, and for some reason I can't see Wandi going in with a strategy other than "Kill him".

I'd like to see if Wandi uses Keith's strategy and goes for the kicks. i don't think that'll fly though because he's not that tall and i would imagine Chuck would catch him if he were to start throwing leg kicks. I hope that Wandi doesn't just bulldoze at Chuck like Babalu did. Both of these guys come in with pretty much the same gameplan and style. It's not hard to figure out what they will try and do. Both are coming off 2 loses in a row so the timing of the fight is perfect, even though it would have been even better a year ago before Wandi lost to CroCop and before Chuck lost to Rampage. oh well...it'll still be entertaining.

I think Chuck is going to come in hungry. He is still a champ and this could revamp his career. Of course he is 38 and not everyone can be a Randy.

I honestly think that Chuck has been overrated for a while. Whether it's his opponents and their lack of correct attack but I haven't seen improvement out of Chuck since his first fight with Tito. He throws the same 1-2 combination and relies on it to knock out his opponents, which it has done, but someone like Keith has been able to expose it. Keep your distance, loosen up the body and legs with kicks, and stay away from the 1-2 that Chuck kept throwing nonstop in that fight. that's all he did! you can't fight like that. i don't remember him throwing any leg kicks or punches to the body.

This is so true. Chuck has just focused on his hands. They're so succesful for him that he's abandoned virtually all other techniques he used to use. While most other fighters are have been broadening their skill sets, Chuck has just been focusing on mastering one aspect of his striking game. He looked very one-dimentional against Jardine.

chuck has not taken enough time off, hes 38, had a hard fight against that other dude and took beating with leg kick and a few hard punches. He should have taken more time off and its only my opinion but i think hes gonna get KTFO'd

Guarantee that clinch wont work on Rampage again, new team, new Rampage they have a sic defense if not offense to counter it. But with Chuck I dont think Wandy could get close enough to get him locked in it and now Wandys chin is softened up Chuch has a good chance.

Doesn't Wandy use repetitive techniques just like Chuck does. Chuck that same 1-2 and Wandy nothing but his knees practically?

Chuck will win this one, lost his past two. I don't think wanderlei has a fight in ufc. Pride to ufc is differnet due to the rule changes.

They are both good fighters and no one really is going to be able to tell in advance who is going to win. Fights have been so off with the underdog winning of late. Niether of these fighters are underdogs. Chuck dominated the UFC LHW for years and Wandi was the pride champ for 6 years. They are both older, but with Randy fighting effectivly until he was almost 50...I see no reason why they should slow down or retire.

P.S. Yes 3 times, but he lost to Tito in his last UFC bout.

wandi is a graet fighter but when he fought vitor belfort in "ultimate brazil" vitor punched him in the face like 25 times in about 15 seconds backed him up all the way across the octagon put him against the fence and knocked him out. I dont think wandi even got in one shot. The fight lasted about 30 seconds. much like alot of belforts fjghts did back then. I still go with wandi over chuck though.
