    Chuck liddell off UFC 85

    Chuck liddell has fallen off UFC's June 7 card in London, England, due to a badly torn hamstring, Sherdog.com confirmed Monday

    this is a major dissapointment,i was looking foward to him makeing his england debut against rua,that fight would be awsome.
    but its gone from a potential fight of the year to a boreing fight that i dont think many english fans or the rest of the world will be intrested in.

    Evans Vs Irvin as a main event???the ufc have realy droped the ball on this one IMO

    without liddell 85 isnt going to be worth the 45 bucks!! The last card wasnt stellar either... how about Starnes running backwards the whole fight!!!!!

    Sucks for all the UK fans who already bought tickets.

    Last card was actually pretty sweet. I was there so we got to see all the Prelims as well. But Only shitty fight was the Kalib one.

    If Evans/Irvin is the main event, I'm not watching. Irvin is OK, but I hate Rashad, so boring.

    Ill agree, although Rashad can be explosive, he's usually boring. Im a Liddell nut hugger, but I honestly was'nt to excited about this main event anyway...this news just makes it worse.

    Honestly IMO that card(ufc 85) looks awful.

    Technicalities and hometown judging aside, he lost to Tito and Bisping. Also, having 0 losses against chumps is great. Rashad is a b level fighter. He doesn't belong in the UFC.

    Make no mistake, I loathe Liddell, but he's easily a 3 round fighter (which a lot of guys are not that look to be in better shape). I was looking forward to seeing him KO Rashad.
