Fight day diet
Got a fight tomorrow night, and I've been trying to experiment with what works as far as diet. I'm going to try this out;
10:00 am (4 egg whites, 2 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 banana)
12:15 pm (2 lean turkey patties on whole wheat bread and mixed greens)
2:30 pm (low fat yogurt, 1 scoop protein in water)
4:30 pm (1 cup brown rice, 1 cup steamed veggies, 8 oz chicken breast)
6:30 pm (8 oz low fat cottage cheese, 32 oz gatorade)
7:45 pm (vitamin water energy drink, 1 banana, 1 scoop protein in water)
8:00 pm Stretch and warmup
8:30 pm Boxing time!

Well, it resulted in my first draw...lame.
Anyways, i think the diet worked real well. I even ate a big plate of pasta the night before and felt great. I'm going to stick with this one right here.
