Help - Training For A Hard Groin Punch!
MMA Junkies....
What is the best way to train for a hard whack to the nuts? Is it possible to toughen the balls like the shins?

NO it is not...but it is possible for you to loose teh ability to reproduce as well as the increased possibility of having your balls rupture.
In matches you are required to wear cups. On the street you shoudl be standing slightly sideways making the likely hood of getting kicked alot less likely. You should also be prepared for a kick from a kicking distance to catch adn use for a sweep.

dude dont be dumb your gonna end up hurting your self. i recently quit mma. been trainning for alot of years, and there is noway to make your nuts tuffer. cut them off and the you could take all the kicks you want.
