No doubt those are tough workouts but i am not sure I would put them on the level of Wands and Maia's. Just my thoughts. I think that was the lol.

I was mainly laughing because I post this amazing Strength & Conditioning routine and got the ever so popular response of someone posting another routine as to say it is harder etc..at least I took it that way.
I did not post this to say it's the hardest or best routine in the world but for MMA it is amazingly difficult and would damn near break anyone that wasn't a mentally tough SOB.***No source checks!!!***

Good stuff,
I did anaerobic training in graduate school, thats my thing more than anything else. Fighters are amazing athletes and really when you think about it, they are by far the most extreme athletes there are.

Nah, that's not what I meant, but are you saying the second video isn't an amazing strength and conditioning routine? I suggest you give it a go then. Anyway, they were impressive for sure, but I would say Sean Sherk trains at just about the highest level of intensity (from what I've seen, which isn't all that much). Then again, Silva is carrying like 40-50 extra pounds.

God I hope he works over Rampage! Being in that kind of shape you would have to say he still comes in as the favorite not to mention the two previous beatdowns but as a huge Wandy fan I am scared of how damn hard Rampage hits. Page has come a long way from those days. Hopefully he still has no idea how to deal with the clinch.

The Wandy vids were looking pretty though as far as endurnce goes, and pretty roll specific for a MMA fighter but then again anything intense is these days.
Not convinced on the difficulty of the "special forces" vid though, not gonna diss any kind of troop or regiment but in all honesty when you talk about special forces training being intense it all depends on what special forces training you are talking about, sure the vid was showing roll specific drills etc but intense i very much doubt it.
