Another who do you think would win Q...
Couple buddies and I were talking over the weekend after the Franklin loss, started with how some thought he should have won and so on. He's my favorite fighter and I still think he did a little too little and left it to the judges.
Then we were wondering what would be a good fight for Franklin to take @ 205. Several names came up with little discussion, but then Forrest came up cause of his dissapointing loss.
So....
Franklin vs. Forrest, what are your thoughts?

money fight bro. I would love to see it. Man that would be close. Both are very well rounded and skilled and have amazing cardio. I guess I would go with Rich

I really hope this fight happens. Forest has the size advantage but franklin has been around and has been in some wars.

Me too. Both have excellent patience and plan of attack. Until Hendo, Franklin was almost impossible to take down. That being said, Forrest takes a good shot or 2 coming in and training under Randy would probably lend to a takedown. No one in our group had any solid LEGITIMATE answer to who would win and how.

Truly a toss up. Probably Forest by shitty judges giving him the nod

I would go with Forest but it would be a war both have about the same skill level IMO

hmmm id say forrest ....in fact its funny im even thinking about it ...with franklins recent performances and forrest coming off a losing title defense (but all in all on the rise for sure prior to loss) ...i dunno - should be hands down forrest imo ....but in my head it isnt! Its a tough call!

Cant see him dropping. Who's left @ 185? I wanted to see a Franklin/Leben fight (dont laugh), but I dont think it will happen.
@ 185, I think Okami deserves his shot @ AS (as boring as it might be) and then that division is done for now.
170 and 205 is where all my attention is now. Unless the magical wonder that is the "superfight" aka. GSP/Silva ever happens, but thats been beaten to death already

My upset for 2009 is Chael Sonnen over Anderson Silva! You hear it here first
