That is gonna be one ugly fight for florian.

I agree. Part of me feels that if Penn comes in out of shape or just not into it that he could catch a beating. Florian is tough but if Penn is prepared I can't see Florian doing much to him

I think Penn got shown up by GSP and will train harder for this fight, if I am right Penn all the way, but if I am wrong then Florian has a chance....

^^^You also have to think about when BJ fights at lightweight his titles on the line, so I guarantee he's comes out ready. A Lot to lose, against GSP was all about pride, not losing his Champion status.

This fight will be closer than people think.
But still hard to pick against BJ.

Florian is legit no doubt. I don't see many people beating him outside of Penn. He put a clinic on Joe Daddy. Its funny to think that his closest fight has been Huerta. I would love to see him and Diego go at it at 155

^ I think Sherk followed by KenFlo or Diego are #2,3,4 in that division.

sad but true on Sherk

^ Whats wrong with Sherk?

Just don't like him. He has underrated boxing and great takedowns but he is to damn good to make most fights interesting and there is no way that he will ever beat BJ. The fight he had back in the day with Hughes was amazing

^^ I think with a better game plan he could beat BJ. He fought BJ's fight, definitly not going to win that way.

I just don't see how really. He can't take Bj down and although his boxing is tight Bj still has him beat there. Unless he can just out work him and gas him, I can't see how Sherk can win

Its a terrible style match up for sherk just terrible. Which is a shame cause he is such a nice guy and has gotten the shaft from so many promoters. His boxing is very techinical but lacks the power to really make him dangerous. His fight with diaz was very fun to watch.

Who did you think one that one? In my mind Diaz has never really "lost" a fight. I see how judges gave it to the other fighter but i have never seen him get outclassed or dominated.

Cant wait to see Florian get HIS ASS HANDED TO HIM. Why hasn't anyone meantioned that Forrest is having his first fight since lossing his title, to Thiago Silva BLOODBATH IN THE MAKING. not to meantion the undercard looks sick

I had not heard that Forest is fighting on that card. THat is a great fight but after seeing Machida dismantle Silva I have to go with Forest..
