    Arrow What do you suggest for a BJJ?

    Lastly, I decided to run a cycle to get some more clean muscles avoiding to get too big and heavy since I am a martial artist and weight for me is an issue.

    These are my stats: 6'1.5 feet, 198 pounds, 10% BF, 35yo

    So, if I cycle only with test e 12ws and pct with nolva and clomid 4ws, is there any risk to get too heavy by the end?

    My target would be 210 pounds, is that achievable?

    Come on guys, isn't there somewhere at least one martial artist who can advise me?
    I practise Brazilian Jūjutsu, so basically I fight mostly on the ground.

    BJJ,

    Diet is a more prominent factor in deciding how you gain weight. When you cycle with test e, it is most likely that you will gain a lot of water retention. How much water and how much muscle mass that will equate to in pounds depends on how your body reacts to steroids and your diet/training regime.

    So there is no guarantee answer for your question. Some people can put on 10lbs of mass on cycle but it varies for everyone. If you really want to get to 210 you will need to go a lot over that weight on cycle because you will drop some off at the end of the cycle guaranteed... water weight mostly, but you will lose and like i said what you lose depends on diet and training.
