Brock wins. Everything Carwin does well (wrestling) Brock does it better and hes beaten better opponents.
Both guys are terrible on their feet.

Brock is a better all around fighter & i think he will win. But i also would not be suprised at an upset. As we saw with Gonzaga those hands dont have to travel long or fast to turn out anyones lights. No matter what happens i dont think it will go past round 1.

Brock will take his ass down and pound him out for the TKO.

Brock is going to derail the hype train that is carwin.

^^I agree MN Fighter. Personally I think Brock has already traded with Couture and looked pretty good and Couture has way better boxing IMO than Gonzaga. And lets not forget that Gonzaga had Carwin seeing stars until he got caught with that powerful short right. Personally I think Gonzaga showed that Carwin doesn't have a great chin and Lesnar wins this by knockout.

First to land the big shot wins.
It will be interesting to see how Brock takes a shot from such a heavy puncher.

Couture not even close to the same as Gonzaga on the stand up.. Gonzaga is way better on his feet.. Have you ever seen randy kick anyone in the head?? His kicks suck and his hand speed is slow.. Carwin is same size as brock just as good on the ground check his wrestling back ground out.. hit so hard can take a good punch carwin wins i think.. who has brock beat? Randy who is a small guy that makes 205 easy.. he is 1-1 with mirr. i think carwin will land a big right and the fight is over just my pick i could be wrong

If I recall correctly, Carwin is like a D3 wrestler? Or maybe D2?
Brock is a D1, and the difference between a D1 and D2 wrestler is like High School football compared to the NFL.
Gonzaga has more powerful strikes than Randy, and more tools on his feet that's for sure. But he also leaves himself very open, and we've seen him do this a lot.
Gonzaga honestly was tooling Carwin. Carwin beat Napa by a "punchers chance". Napa beats Carwin 8 of 10 fights.

If Dana thought Carwin had a good chance of beating Lesnar he wouldnt have set up this fight.

Lesnar is gonna try to get this guy on his back quickly! The guy who can keep Lesnar on his feet the longest has the best chance to beat him. Lesnar has terrible hands, so he tries to tackle everybody who stands in front of him. Thats why a guy as big as him has a nice chance in my opinion.

Why do I keep hearing about shane carwin being as big as Brock? Carwin is 6'4'' 259. Lesnar hits the mat at about 290-295. The only thing Carwin has is a punchers chance.

Going to agree.
I realize a lot of you don't like Brock, I'm not a fan of his either. Carwin will not beat him though. Carwin was very lucky to beat Napa.
Napa would have a MUCH MUCH better chance of beating Brock. Napa is the same size as Carwin, and Napa is more powerful than Carwin is. His strikes are way more devastating, come from different angles and his kicks/leg kicks are as hard as anyone's in the HW class.
On the ground, Brock is a better wrestler, but Gonzaga is a BJJ black belt and that would cancel out Brocks wrestling more than Carwin's wrestling would.
Just because Carwin is only 40lbs smaller, instead of 80lbs smaller than Brock, does not mean Carwin has a chance of beating him.

I don't care if carwin is d-2 wrestling or not he was a 2x champ and this is not who pins who first.. It's who lands first.. All carwin has two do is keep it on his feet and he will get the win

Carwin is all hype!! The keep touting him as the goliath, as this huge man. Ok, he. Thhat has very little to do with the fight. Strength can overcome some technique advantage, true. And lesner proves that. He's huge, and strong. He can not land a single clean shot and still have a man hurt (see Lesner vs Coutoure 1). Even though Lesner had poor standup in the past, he seems highly motivated. He has money and exposure that will land him any coach in the game. He will improve and is improving very fast. Carwin still works ful time from what i understand. Carwin looked bad on his feet against Napao until he clipped him.
I dont really like either fighter as they are the kinds of guys who spend more time lifting then they do fighting. Their technique is sloppy. Lesner by tko, ground and pound, round 2.

The fight will be postponed due to Brock being ill for the past 3 and a half weeks...
