Very simple technique for strengthening fists

I've been doing this in martial arts for 7 years, but I am surprised how many people don't know about it. If you want to strengthen your knuckles and fists, do pushups on hard ground, like concrete, using your fists instead of you palms.

This is known as a "hard technique", and it works surprisingly well. It's quite painful at first, but if you do it for a year, you can punch through a stack of tiles with relative ease.

Not only will it thicken the skin, but it will strengthen the tendons and cartalidge of the knuckles. Not to mention the wrists.

If you're a bouncer, brawler, or boxer, give it a try!

Which martial arts do you practice when i was younger i did kyokushin karate and there where tones of push ups.

Felt like it was endless, on fist, reverse palm, fingers, triangle and even more.
