That is the new girlfriend he as apparently she got him into shape for UFC115, well from the looks of it i think he got on the juice. Still he got one sick set of abs.

Gym packed with babes like that no way man i could never ever train, still there is always the stationnary bikes that are usually always behind the treadmeals. So you can pretend actually doing stationnary bike with a very nice view.

Actually when women come into my gym it gives me an extra push when sparring. Wtf lidell and his gf are naked working out?? lol

Dude was in amazing shape for the fight but his buttons been pressed too many times

that was a solid shot from franklin but i don't think it would have knocked him out 3 or 4 years ago

I tough Liddel looked amazing in that fight, he broke Franklin arm and he got some good punches in. sad to see him go that way.

He is still one of the great legends of MMA
