Not even close. He is good, no doubt, but best ever? You need more than 1 breakout year to be considered the best ever. Oh ya, and you need some rings.

couldn't have said it any better.
no one is touching Mike right now. the only two with even the potential to touch him are Lebron and Amare...and that's only because of how good they are now, at such a young age. time will tell if they even come close.

i think he is mediocre at best. he benefits from shaq's presence.

He's good but not the best ever...yet. He's still below Jordan, AI, Tmac, Kobe in their prime. He still has a lot of basketball to play though. He has potential to be one of the greats before the end of his career.

I would rank him number #1 right now in the NBA yes. He has to prove he is this good for a couple of years before he is great.
Ranking
1. Wade
2. Lebron
3. Kevin Garnett
4. Allen Iverson
5. Steve nash
6. Dirk Novansky
7. Amoud Stoudimere
But believe me Wade will make history !!!

Not as of right now, but i wouldnt be surprised if later on he'll be considered the second best player ever. The first being ofcourse MJ!

okay I think Wade is proving he is the best in the NBA right now....did you see him pack Ripp hamilton's last shot during 1st game of heat vs pistons !.....WADE can do it all on the court...lebron cant play defense and his jump shot is not all that good....

Wade is good, but he is no MJ, I would say Lebron is heading that way not Wade.

Not the best, and I wouldn't put Mike as the best either. Combined they hold 0 NBA records.

Best player ever?
No player should even be considered to be the best player ever until they have been in the league 10 years. Wade is like in his 3rd year,if that. Is this post for real? It's like saying a boxer is the greatest of all time because he knocks out his first 3 opponents in his first three fights. Come on now, let's have these posts make some logical sense.

So as far as this thread being so far fetched I DONT THINK SO, not to be seen as being bias because i'm a diehard fan... it is only an objective point of view to think d wade is already one of the 50... 30... 20 even, greatest player ever to play in the NBA. So... lol I love you haterz! you feed my soul...
and BTW we the Champs baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Greatest?
Your posts suggest troubles that go a little beyond basketball but I'll just deal with the hoops part of the post for now. Wade's own teammate has more championships, a higher shooting percentage and more points, blocks and rebounds than Wade will have if he plays another 12 years. Yes, Shaq. By the way, Shaq is why Miami won. Miami had Dwayne Wade for years but couldn't even win their conference until Shaq came. The hell with Dwayne Wade, I'd rather have Dwayne from the 70's sitcom What's Happening!!!!! Did you see the handles he displayed in the shows opening?
