i am basically gonan follow the first layout that you gave me with working mon, tues, thurs and sat on lifting and the running schedule that you have. i have 5 weeks of training left so i think that i am in good running shape so i can make great strives within the next few weeks.
what would you say for diet night before and day of combine?
also a week out how should i work my training?
that should cover it. thanks
