    basketball

    i am good enough skill wise to go d1 in basketball but i have a huge problem... i really can not jump very high... it has not been a problem but now that im going to the next level i need to be good at everything is there anything i can take to jump higher...

    yeahh haha but at this point im desperate it is very hard to bust your ass your whole life on everything to play ball.. and then because your not athletic enough not be able to make it... there has to be something to beat my whitenessss lol

    haha brother calves is mostly for explostion... i have worked out my legs for years already its not a new problem... in my highschool basketball i was just basicly more skilled than everyone that why it wasnt a problem.. in d1 basketball i still think i am good enough skill wise but i am not nearly close in athleticism

    try holding some db and do squat jumps
