Flax Seed oil
Okay my peeps...I've never used flax seed in my contest prep...Just wondering a good dosage/schedule for this...I have 1000mg gel caps...Im 15 weeks out from my first show, and im dieting 5 days/cheating on the weekends right now...Input please

First off, I would buy the liquid so you don't have to swallow 15 pills.
Secondly, I would take it with your protein/fat meals in the amount needed to hit your macros for that meal.
Ex: 50 g protein/15 g fat = a little over a tablespoon. . .
That's how I do it. Usually have a shake/flax oil for a protein/fat meal. . .
As far as a schedule, I only take it with one or two meals. The other pro/fat meals, I utilize turkey bacon/almonds. . .

Flaxseed oil is EFA (essential fatty acid) it is important nutrient in many phisiological body functions...including and not limted to anabolism, metabolism, hair growth, complection etc...i personally would mix my Flaxseed oil with Safflower oil in a 1:2 ratio (twice as much safflower as flaxseed) to get closer to the correct ratio of Omega 3 to Omega-6 fatty acids, that will further inhance any positive effects from flaxseed oil...XXL

I've really gotten sick of the taste of flax (although I am currently using it on my contest prep diet). I hear that hemp oil is now a great alternative. From what I understand hemp is now the "best" oil for BB's. Gotta get me some!
