Does anyone know How many days of weight train and cardio during pre-compeitition?

it depends on the individual...Some people need more cardio than others...some peeps respond well to different training splits as well, so there's not a "right/wrong" answer per say...Find what works for you.

Its an individual thing as explained previously, you can follow a general rule of thumb but a programme has to be tailored to the individuals needs.......an example of a generalization may be a normal weeks workout programme of training weights 4-5 times per week with a 1/2 hour cardio session each morning 6 times a week complimented with a clean diet to start your contest preperations. All this may be adjusted as your progress is shown in the mirror, this is very general but it all depends on you......
