when should my last leg workout be and cardio session?

one week from the show train legs really heavy then thats it. as for cardio on monday before the show swithch from your normal intense fat burning to about a 40 min walk in the morning and like 15 after your weight training. also stop training abs on wednesday before the show. this is what i was told and have read other people d.
