what to eat day of show
I will be entering in my first show in april and I was wondering what to eat when I wake up and in between to morning show and the evening show. Thanks for your help.

This is what i do leading up to the show....
CARB UP, FAT LOAD, WATER all explained and planned out for you
Through outthe day at the show i stay clean potatoes and chicken with a bit of steak...well and one PIZZA

I know a couple guys here Have fat-loaded with great effects.
It didn't work for me last year tho.. I was eating and eating and not filling out.
Usually on the day of the show i eat small pro/carb meals (carb dominant) consisting of chicken breast (usually half a chicken breast per meal) and potatoes (1-2 per meal)

I am entering a show that is all at night. Starts at 7:00 and middleweights (my class) go on approximately 8:00 - 8:15. At what point in the day would you all recommend beginning the sh*tloading? I'm a little hesitant to begin too early in the day. Maybe more around 4-5pm? Any thoughts?

I am enterning in my first comp at the end of april what do you mean by shit loading when do you do it and what foods do you eat. Sorry for my ignorance but i am still learning. Lifting is the easy part it is the dieting which is killing me.

Well I have just done my first shit load after cutting my water at 5pm Friday, Pre-judgeing is today(Saturday) at 1.30. Its 05.30am here in the UK and could not sleep. So had my Chinesse special house curry with prawn crackers for shit load. Going to eat farily clean now foir rest of the day apart from a few flapjacks to go even dryer.
Narkissos how far out did you cut water ??
What diueratic did you use bro ??

Placed 3rd out of 17 in the Novice cat, shit load did not work that well for me and left me flat, so ended up drinking water to fill me out. Was happy as this was my first show and know it was tight between the top 3 and if my condition had of been 2-5% better I would have probley won.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank my new friend and respected member of this board, who was totaly robbed and did not make the top six. My bro is only 21 so could have won the juniors, so fair play to him to up the anti and skip the juniors and go stright into the biggest novice line up in years. I know he is going to come back with a big full chest next year the ony body part to let him down and belive me he has a big chest, just allot of good guys turned up but still think he should have been top six for sure.

i don't get why with shit loading you can eat stuff with salt in and lactose. Doesnt that make you smooth?
And why eat so much fat? Why not just keep it at the usual fat and eat really low GI carsb like yams and oatmeal? if the only point of eating fats is to slow down the carbs right?

Will not be shit loading for my next show. It just did not work that well for me, but I did not do a full shit load. I carb loaded Tues,Wed,Thurs and Fri just used less carbs so to not fill out fully and reiled on my shitload meal to fill me out. Next time I am going to carb up fully on baked poatoes and bananas. Heard allot of good stuff about Vitargo so will be doing homework on it.
